Hahah! A real bugger, huh. Luckily I have a computer geek for a husband and luckily know the answer to the question. You have to copy all of your html text and paste it before you paste in your new background html text. The same think happened to my sister-in-law. How frustrating!! Hopefully this helps! It was fun to read your blog though, hopefully you can get it back to where it was. :-(
